When I arrived at the Love’s, they waved me into a bay before even checking in. Love’s had called and spoken to John, and he’d clearly made an impression. The techs commented, “He was very nice and pleasant; how unusual it was to get someone so polite. If everyone was as polite and prompt, their days would be so much smoother.”
That shop had to replace a brake on one wheel, a light, and repair an airline. Plus, the annual inspection and trailer lube. I was in and out in under two hours (an almost unheard-of time for a Love’s Shop). It was John’s pleasant demeanor and promptness to the tech’s requests that made this possible.
