“I would like to nominate Michael Connors for an OWNit Moment. I had Mike as a refresher trainer (with van trailers and route planning), as I came in with some experience as a local driver. Of course, I still have questions from time to time on things. Having more experience in the industry than I do, Mike always takes time out of his day whenever I have questions about logs and locations he has been to and I haven’t. The knowledge he shares is priceless, with me being newer to OTR driving. Later, I learned he does this with all of his former “students” that have gone on to drive solo. Mike is a good example of taking pride in your work and making sure the ones he has taught are set up right. The knowledge he has shared is priceless.” – David Ledbetter
