Duane Gostomski has an incredible 42 years of driving experience, having spent his entire career in trucking. His path into the industry was driven simply by work, but it’s clear it turned into a lifelong profession. When he’s not on the road, Duane enjoys fishing, and Alaska is his dream destination. He likes to keep it simple with crackers as his go-to snack and once hauled fans among his many loads over the years. Glad to have such a seasoned professional on the team—welcome, Duane!

Jerome Gribbins

Domicile: Normal, IL

Jerome Gribbins brings an impressive 23 years of driving experience to the team, having entered trucking for the job opportunities it provided. Prior to trucking, he served in the U.S. Navy. Jerome enjoys the quiet side of life and prefers to spend his time at home when not on the road. He dreams of taking another cruise and enjoys snacking on Cracker Jacks along the way. One of the most interesting loads he’s hauled includes AC units delivered to the Mercury, Nevada nuclear test site. Welcome, Jerome!

Rodney “Rashad” Hamilton

Domicile: Maryland Heights, MO

Rashad Hamilton is excited to join the Nussbaum team! Welcome, Rashad!

Jeehwan Kim

Domicile: Elgin, IL

Jeehwan Kim is just beginning his trucking career with less than a month of experience, motivated by the desire to start something new and exciting. After completing his military service, he worked as a marketer abroad, bringing a global perspective with him to the industry. In his downtime, Jeehwan focuses on rest and preparing for upcoming trips, and he enjoys quiet moments reading with a good cup of coffee. He hopes to gain more experience on the road, as he hasn’t yet hauled a load. Beef jerky is his favorite snack, and he’s eager to learn everything he can with an open mind. Joey Mitchell

Domicile: Atlanta, GA

Joey Dejuan Mitchell Jr. has been driving for about 2 years and brings a creative background in photography to the road. When he’s not driving, Joey enjoys spending time fishing and relaxing outdoors. A dream trip to Sicily, Italy is on his bucket list, and sunflower seeds are his go-to road snack. One of the most interesting loads he’s hauled so far is a CAT roller. Joey also shares that he simply loves fishing—something that keeps him grounded outside of work. Welcome aboard, Joey!

Johnny Moore

Domicile: Richmond, KY

Johnny is relatively new to trucking with 6 months of experience, pursuing what he describes as his dream career. Previously working in factory roles, he made the switch to chase new opportunities. When he’s not driving, Johnny values spending time with his wife and kids. His ultimate goal is to permanently relocate to Florida, and he keeps things flexible when it comes to road snacks. One memorable experience includes a scenic run from Tennessee to Tucson, Arizona. Johnny also notes that he’s easy to get along with—always a great trait for the road. Welcome aboard!

Shawn Mockaitis

Domicile: Seneca, SC

Shawn Mockaitis has been driving on and off since 2015, inspired to join the industry through his wife’s family. With a background that includes a variety of blue-collar roles and service in the U.S. Military, Shawn brings a wealth of experience to the team. When he’s not on the road, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchild. His dream vacation is a relaxing week in the Florida Keys with his wife, and he prefers trail mix (without the raisins!) when traveling. One of his most unique loads was hauling jet fuel for the Air Force. Shawn lives by the advice: “Never judge a book by its cover.” Glad to have you with us, Shawn!

Anthony “Tony” Robert

Domicile: Newton, IL

Tony Robert is new to the industry with just 1 month of driving experience, fulfilling a long-standing dream of operating big trucks. Before making the switch, Tony worked as a manager with AT&T. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, and camping. A trip to Germany tops his travel bucket list, and beef jerky is his snack of choice on the road. We’re excited to have Tony starting his trucking journey with us—welcome!

Logan Kessinger

Dedicated Account Manager

We are excited to share that Logan Kessinger will be starting with Nussbaum on Monday, 7/6/2026. Logan has spent his last 7 years working at CIT. He has been in the sales world, as well as a parts/location manager for their Champaign location. In his role, he managed a small fleet of delivery drivers, where he had experience coaching and training drivers. We are excited to bring Logan and his experience here to Nussbaum!

Clayton Bumphrey

Trailer Technician

Clayton Bumphrey will be joining the Nussbaum team as a Trailer Technician on 6/30/26! Clayton brings about five years of hands-on truck and trailer experience to the role. Most recently he spent 2.5 years on the trailer rebuild team at Hirschbach, where he also got into reefer work. Before that he did road call work at Speedco and even put in time with Loram doing electrical and hydraulic work on railroad equipment. We’re excited to have him on board. Please give him a warm Nussbaum welcome when you see him around!
