“I want to give a shout out to Kirsten for notifying me that my load from Knauf Insulation in Shelbyville, IN would not be ready until late Saturday evening/early Sunday morning. She called and told me when the load was finished and ready to be picked up.
She also arranged for me to split the load at the yard, being that I had a shop appointment on Sunday and seen that I was running low on my hours of service.”
