As soon as I pulled up to Channahon, I was greeted by Matt, asking what my problems were. I began explaining the issues, and he knew right away a solution to them all. I could see him analyzing each one as I explained and creating a plan. He quickly organized a remedy and orchestrated a well laid-out plan. Both he and Eddie quickly started working on each issue as a team. They performed flawlessly in my eyes and communicated effectively. Due to their efforts, I was back on the road in a timely manner and made it to my delivery. They deserve to know how much the techs and shop are greatly appreciated out here.
