Nathaniel “Nathan” Finley

Nathan Finley has been driving since 2018, and came to trucking looking for greater financial stability and a way to be back in the U.S. Before this, he was an academic and a world traveler. He reads, writes, and hikes in his downtime — and after 15 years of what he calls dream vacations, his idea of a getaway now is simply being home with a good book. Kevin Marable has been driving off and on since 2012, drawn to the road by his love of traveling. Before this, he installed automated cranes. Nicholas “Nick” Hargus

Nick Hargus is starting his first CDL job, but he’s no stranger to a truck — he drove for the Marine Corps before coming to Nussbaum. Most recently he worked at Krispy Kreme. Off the clock, Nick spends his time with friends and family, and he’s had his eye on a trip to Europe for a while now. His go-to road snack is chicken fingers. Welcome, Nick!

Anna “Haylie” Arthur

Haylie Arthur is new to trucking, but she brings 10 years of Class B experience driving school buses. She loves to drive and travel, and after a decade behind the wheel of a bus she was ready for something different. Off the clock, you’ll find her making art or baking in the kitchen. She loves the cold, so her dream trip is a cabin somewhere up in the mountains, and she keeps Slim Jims — original or mild — handy for the road. Haylie says she’s shy at first but can be very bubbly once she’s comfortable. Welcome, Haylie!

Johnathan Derrico brings 7 years of driving experience to the team, having gotten into trucking on a friend’s recommendation. Before this he did a mix of things — valet in LA, fast food, and sales. Off the clock, Johnathan hangs out with friends, meets new people, and explores, with a particular love for museums and biblical history. He dreams of visiting Washington, D.C. or Jerusalem, and beef jerky is his road snack of choice. Steve Mueller brings 3 years of driving experience to the team and is a returning Nussbaum driver — he got his start through the Nussbaum Academy. Before trucking, he was a State Farm agent. Off the clock, Steve is into sports, family, and church maintenance. His dream vacation is Ft. Walton Beach with all 11 of his grandkids, and he keeps a Baby Ruth handy for the road. As Steve shares, he loves Jesus and is married to his high school sweetheart, who loves Jesus too — together they have six children who all love the Lord, plus those 11 grandkids. We are excited to share that Guy Christine has accepted the position of Driver Manager and will be starting with us 8/5/2026. Guy has 15+ years of experience at Spee-Dee where he has spent time as a driver, Lead, and assistant Operations Manager. Woodworking is how he spends his time off the clock, and he dreams of a trip to New Zealand. His favorite road snack is dark chocolate. We are excited to have him join the Nussbaum Team and look forward to what he can bring to Nussbaum.
