Some of the key findings from our People Element survey year included…
- Overall participation was still high, just down slightly
- 86% of drivers were favorable to Nussbaum (answered a 4 or 5 average on the survey)
- After Hours Ratings continue to improve
- Interdepartmental communication improvement was a recurring theme
