Roy Dorshimer has been driving for 10 years, fulfilling what he calls his dream job. Before trucking, Roy served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked in warehouse operations. Originally from Gaffney, South Carolina, Roy enjoys riding bicycles and spending time outdoors. His dream vacation is visiting Yellowstone National Park, and his favorite road snack is beef jerky. Wes Ward
Domicile: TN
Wes Ward has been driving for 12 years, starting his trucking career after his mother-in-law encouraged him to attend driving school for a better future. Before trucking, Wes worked as a zinc miner and is originally from Smyrna, Tennessee. He enjoys bowling with his kids and dreams of visiting the Pacific Ocean again—one of his favorite memories is sleeping on a pier a mile out over the water. Welcome to Nussbaum, Wes!

Reno Hames
Domicile: Winchester, KY
Reno Hames has been driving for seven months, leaving behind dead-end jobs for a career with stability and opportunity. Before trucking, Reno worked in warehouse logistics, forklift operations, and coordinating shipments. Originally from Southern Illinois, Reno enjoys spending time with his wife and pets. His dream vacation is Alaska, and one of his favorite memories is driving at sunset through the Midwest during fall, watching the sun set over golden cornfields—a peaceful moment he’ll never forget. Jeremy Short will be starting with Nussbaum on 12/15/2025. Jeremy had previously spent 15+ years at Precision Planting most recently working in the large new facility in Morton as an Operations and Training Manager for that location. The last 6 months he has spent at Lighthouse working in Sales and has decided to get back into the logistics/operations world again. We look forward to adding him to the Nussbaum team!
