We wanted to share a quick update on the Sales Team reporting structure.
Chris Aranda has accepted a role as Vice President of Sales and will take over the Business Development/Sales team’s management. He will continue to report to Bill Wettstein, CFO.
Chris is now managing Sales team members. We are excited about Chris’ transition to this role. There is no plan to backfill the Business Development Manager just yet.
Sales was one of the last teams without their own non-C-Suite manager. Previously, they were reporting directly to Bill, and pricing continues to report directly to Bill.
As Nussbaum grows, we are moving towards work teams not reporting in whole to a C-Suite person. An example would be a front-line employee reporting directly to the CEO. It is important to ensure each workgroup gets the care and attention it needs, and a manager within each workgroup is key for this.
