“Nussbaum driver Don Leahy helped me out a tremendous amount. I was struggling with a backing maneuver between two of our trailers at a customer. For the life of me, I couldn’t get it.
Don kept calm and helped ease my anger and frustration with myself. I was going to explode. Don kept me level and cool and with words and never strayed away from ‘Get out and look.’
I finally was able to back it in and park for the night with 11 minutes left on my clock. Don helped me avoid going into violation and helped encourage me when I was losing faith in myself and getting upset. Thank you, Don, for being a real encouragement to me.
