Spring Into Calm: Simple Ways to Manage Stress
1. Move Your Body
· Let the warmer days invite you outdoors- breathe in the fresh air, feel the sunshine, and reconnect with nature
· Add in stretching breaks throughout the day to help reset your body
· Find movement you enjoy, whether it is walking, yoga, dancing, or a full workout
2. Nourish Your Mind and Body
· Prioritize quality sleep to recharge, refresh, and restore balance
· Have well-balanced diet full of whole foods and nourishing nutrients
· Take deep slow breaths to help calm your nervous system and refocus
· Stay hydrated to keep your energy flowing
3. Prioritize Self-Care
· Schedule specific times for activities/ hobbies that bring you joy
· Avoid over-committing so you can have time to rest, reflect, and enjoy the season
