Justin Worden and RJ Reynolds

Rich Pitel was broken down at a Freightliner in Georgia due to needing a new bumper on his truck. This Freightliner was not known for being a “quick repair” shop (keep in mind that bumpers are on national backorder right now).

Justin Worden, trying to lessen Rich’s downtime, shortened it by catching RJ Reynolds, who was about to leave for Florida. He had RJ stop by our shop and grab a bumper that we had in stock.

RJ was on board, as his route would intersect with Rich’s route, and he was happy to help a fellow driver.

This seemed to be a better option than having his truck down for a week or so.

It all worked out, and Rich is up and running, thanks to Justin and RJ! -Colin Domick
