THE TRIP PROGRAM
With the need for a productive training program increasing, the value of experienced, reliable trainers is great. The TRIP program is designed to motivate Nussbaum drivers to become trainers, and upon becoming a trainer, to consistently train new drivers.
Note: Trainers already receive a large weekly pay bump for training, so this program focuses on additional benefits, like bonuses, PTO, status, and recognition.
STATUS AND RECOGNITION
Professional Trainer: 10 weeks of training

REWARDS AND BONUSES
PTO: A trainer earns 1 day of PTO for every 8 weeks spent training. PTO is given/made available as soon as it is earned.
Note: A week will be defined as a full (3+ days) or half a week is (1+day).
Gift Card Bonus: Trainers will be rewarded a semi-annual gift card bonus based on the number of weeks spent training (see below). The gift card rate increases as weeks-spent-training increases, so high producers are well-rewarded. The bonus will be paid out twice per year (around July and January). The year-end bonus will be the total number of weeks trained, minus the amount already paid out in July. If a trainer leaves Nussbaum, they will forfeit the accrued amount of the gift card.
