As you know, we had a major winter storm come through this weekend, and when I updated weekend dispatch that I wouldn’t be able to make a pickup on Sunday, she came back immediately and said thanks for letting us know, be safe, and just keep us updated. It’s great to have someone from after-hours understand what we’re going through and be right on top of everything.
