“I’d like to nominate Ken Walters. He was assigned as my Road Captain when I was hired on here at Nussbaum. He was ALWAYS available ANY time I called, day or night. Whether he was asleep or not, he answered the call. If he was unable to pick up straight away, my phone would ring back mere moments later.
Ken, like myself, agrees that the only “dumb question” is the one left unasked. Given, I have a lot of time in driving, I still had questions about certain oddball things to ensure I was doing them the way Nussbaum does them. Also, getting used to descending hills with an automatic transmission and SmartDrive was a little cumbersome. Yet, Ken was a great help by teaching me little tips and tricks to be able to perform better. My score and paychecks rose as I implemented his teachings.
