“I want to recognize David Gagnon for Owning It with compassion. During his own personal time, he came across a rookie driver that had made a serious mistake, resulting in said driver’s truck being stuck. While there wasn’t much that could be done, David still took the time to stay with the driver and console him until the police arrived. This is a perfect example of stepping up for someone else, especially when there is no reward for it. He could have kept on going, or turned around and left; after all, it wasn’t a Nussbaum driver. But he instead chose Compassion and stayed with someone who was having the worst day of their life. He is an excellent example of how we should act towards others in need, and that is Owning It.” -Hayden Kent, Driver
