On Wednesday, October 18, the Nussbaum shop team gathered to celebrate Technician Appreciation Week, recognizing how our techs, shop office, service writers, and facilities crew contribute to Nussbaum’s success.
A Few Words from Billie Joe:
“We celebrated shop appreciation last week. Our facilities and maintenance departments have made some pretty big changes – we’ve grown our teams and expanded shop coverage, we’ve developed and improved processes, and we’ve managed to keep our family feel along the way. We really feel that our teams here are the best in the industry and our CSA scores reinforce that belief. Without our technicians, maintenance coordinators, facilities crew, and service writers, Nussbaum couldn’t continue to grow and succeed that way that it has. Each of us is especially grateful for this amazing team we’ve created, and we just can’t wait to see what else is to come. Thank you for all you do, how much you care for each other and our drivers, and for your continued dedication to excellence. You are truly the best in the business.”
Time Together
It really is a special crew that takes care of our equipment. This year, they enjoyed tacos from Ancho & Agave for lunch, and spent the afternoon playing yard games together (with a surprise contest at the end!).
To our shop team – we greatly appreciate everything you do to service our fleet equipment, but we also appreciate how you’ve helped make Nussbaum a great place to work. You are an inspiration to all of us!
