Stopping to Help

The other morning when I went to attach my trailer I realized, to my dismay, that an airline needed attention. It was 0545 but already the shop doors were starting to open for another busy day. Having my truck serviced one day prior I was aware that the shop was very busy and wait times were potentially longer than normal.


Yet Kallen stopped what he was doing and told me he would fix it up in less than a half hour. And he did. I feel this is a great example of a ” take charge ” attitude, owning it, and being a good steward of the company. Praise God for all the good individuals that are moving the core values and mission statement of Nussbaum forward.
