Levi has made such an impression on me over the last year, that I just wanted to share. Each and every time I’ve been to this terminal, he greets me with the most sincere and welcoming smile and “Hello B!” He is always happy to jump in and help at the drop of a dime. Today was no exception. I had a drop and hook there, and my ABS air line bracket had busted (third one!) last week. I thought I would ask if he could take a look at it, when he had a second, and tell me if it would hold (until I needed service) with the zip tie that I had applied. He dropped what he was doing, took a look, went back inside and grabbed a new bracket and some tools, and had that thing replaced in less than 10 minutes! I was in and out of the terminal in 45 minutes after a post trip, drop and hook, pre-trip, and the bracket replaced! I sure do appreciate you, Levi!” – Brenda Davis
