“I encountered one of your drivers on I-55 headed to Wilmington. He was following behind me, and my initial impression was of his great practice of following distance and overall attentiveness. He followed me into the same customer we were both picking up at, and noticed I was confused with the check-in process. He got out of his truck into the below-zero temps and walked up to run me through the process and even offered to open my doors on his walk back to his truck. He later noticed that I was struggling to back my trailer into a spot, as I am a new driver. Again, he got out into the negative temps to give me advice and spot for me, helping me into the spot. Despite the frigid cold and him possibly being in a hurry, he took the time out of his day to help me out. This driver was in truck 1722, and I believe his name was Ethan. Please give him props for being outstanding towards fellow drivers. Way to represent a great company!” – Jason, a grateful driver
