Recipe: Kielbasa Sausage and Rice

Ingredients

1/2 Polska Kielbasa Sausage (from Aldi)

Brown/Wild Rice (I use Minute brand individual cups)

Rendezvous seasoning

D’Elidas Picante Chombo hot sauce

Directions

  1. Slice the sausage into bite-size chunks and place in a foil packet. Add seasoning – I use Rendezvous seasoning.
  2. Place foil packet in HLM and cook 4-6 hours.
  3. Unwrap sausage.
  4. Cook rice according to instructions.
  5. Mix rice with sausage and top with hot sauce. Enjoy!
