Jake Hausmann
Teresa Kundrata was helping her little boy get set up with his school laptop. Sadly, when her boy was connecting to a public wifi at a Pilot rest stop it was compromised. She was unsure what to do and stopped by IT. Jake Hausmann was kind enough to stop what he was doing and help her unlock and retrieve access to the laptop. This saved Teresa and her little boy a whole great deal of time and effort.
