Paying it Forward

I was having trouble with my CB (to say that I am technically challenged is an understatement). I checked into the shop to see if they could look at it and provide some feedback on what I needed to buy or do to get it working. JP said he’d take a look. I went into the lounge to shower, and by the time I was done, I had a message that my truck was done. I found JP, and he took me to my truck to show me that he had installed a new CB for me! He also made the necessary adjustments and ensured it was working properly. He told me a driver had just left it in his truck when he left the company.

I’m so thankful that this driver paid it forward and to JP and Todd for holding onto these when they become available and for installing it in my truck. These shop guys are truly a blessing. – Brenda Davis

  1. I have had nothing but positive experiences with JP since joining Nussbaum in 2019. Always there to help when I’ve arrived unannounced with a pleasant and “can do” attitude.
