John Mittler
John Mittler had a lousy headlight, and the only place that had a new one was east – 100 miles away in Vermont. If he waited for road service, he would sit for a day. So, John talked to Jared from the Shop, and they agreed John could install the headlight. When John went and got the headlight, he asked a mechanic in a nearby shop to borrow a ratchet, and he fixed the light. (Also, John offered $10 to the mechanic for trusting him with the tool). He refused to turn in the receipt and said, “it’s on me!” Due to the bad headlight, John could not get his load until the following day. It cost him some miles but saved us a considerable roadside service cost and downtime. We are grateful for his significant ownership mentality! -Matt Cheever, Driver Manager
Thank you for Owning it, John!
