“I was so impressed with Ken Schroeder on this job. He was driving into CAT in Denver when he saw another one of our trucks broke down on the road. He could not stop at that moment, but he called in to see if I knew anything. I did not, so he talked to the shop and asked how he could help.
After unloading his own load at CATDEN, he went back out onto the highway and helped Randy Smith get the trailer swapped and looking for the leak. They couldn’t find it roadside, but between the two of them got his truck off the road, AND the load delivered on time! Way to ‘Own It,’ Ken!”
