Doug Neal has been driving for four years, fulfilling a dream he’s had since childhood. Before trucking, he worked in law enforcement and retail management. Originally from Central/Eastern Kentucky, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and kids when he’s off the road. Sibraogo Bagre
Sibraogo Simon Bagre has been driving for seven months, drawn to the idea of traveling while getting paid. Before trucking, he worked as a painter and is originally from the Ivory Coast in West Africa. His dream vacation is a trip to Jamaica, and one of his favorite memories so far is visiting Niagara Falls. His favorite road snack is pistachios. Welcome to Nussbaum, Simon!

Jay Grisaffi
Jay Grisaffi has been driving for four and a half years, making a career change after working in a variety of roles. Originally from Wisconsin, Jay enjoys spending time with his family and diving into his hobbies. His dream vacation is a trip to Italy, and one of his most memorable moments was driving across the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway during a storm. Daniel Eisabiglou
Daniel Eisabiglou has been driving for one year. Before trucking, Daniel was in mechanical engineering. He was always interested in trucking and had his sights on Nussbaum. He went out to get some experience and now at Nussbaum is excited to watch his trucking career grow. Originally from Elgin, IL, he enjoys relaxing when not on the road. One of the most interesting loads that Daniel has hauled is a load of mint extract that was so pungent that it was hard to sleep. His go-to snack is sunflower seeds. Welcome to Nussbaum, Daniel!
