New Hire Drivers

Michael Amburgey

Michael Amburgey has been driving for 30 years, originally getting into trucking for the income. Before hitting the road, he served in the military and brings that discipline and dedication to his work. A proud Kentuckian, Michael enjoys fishing when he’s not driving. One of his favorite memories is taking his kids along for the ride. His go-to road snack is a gator tail, and his dream vacation is a trip to Greece. Welcome to Nussbaum, Michael!

Jeff Nickel

Jeff Nickel is new to trucking, drawn to the career because it fits his personality and offers a fresh start. He comes from a diverse background in data analytics, HR, marketing, and sales. Originally from Central Wisconsin, Jeff enjoys working on classic vehicles, tackling home improvement projects, and beekeeping. His dream vacation is a remote getaway in Canada, and while he’s still new to the road, he’s already leaning toward healthy snacks. Welcome to Nussbaum, Jeff!

Jamar Moore

Jamar Moore has been driving a truck for nine months after spending 10 years as a bus driver for the Chicago Transit Authority. Tired of dealing with rude passengers, Jamar made the switch to trucking. He’s from the West Side of Chicago and enjoys sleeping and watching his favorite shows when he’s off the road. He’s still collecting road memories and hasn’t picked a dream vacation yet, but he does love to grill. Welcome to Nussbaum, Jamar!

Micheale Cargle

Micheale Cargle has been driving for six years, seeking a change from her previous role as a retention rep. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, she enjoys shopping and exploring new places. While she doesn’t have a specific favorite memory, she loves seeing other women on the road and always enjoys when people ask her to blow the horn. Her favorite snack is nuts, and her dream vacation is a trip to Brazil. Micheale says Nussbaum seems like a wonderful place to work, and she’s excited to see what’s ahead. Welcome to Nussbaum, Micheale!
