Jacob Honeycutt has been driving for 8 years, drawn to the road by his love of solitude and travel. Before trucking, he worked in a factory, but now he enjoys the freedom of the open road. Hailing from East Tennessee, Jacob spends his downtime playing video games, hiking, and playing chess. A highlight of his driving career was visiting Alberta, Canada, and taking in the breathtaking scenery. Shayne Smeltzer is just getting started in his trucking journey, with less than six months on the road. For Shayne, this career is the fulfillment of a childhood dream. Coming from a background in business ownership, he brings a strong sense of independence and drive. Originally from Ohio, Shayne loves camping and mountain biking when he’s not behind the wheel. Robert Burns has been driving for a year and a half, finally stepping into a career he had always dreamed of when the opportunity came through his job at a Walmart distribution center. Originally from Forrest City, Arkansas, Robert enjoys traveling and exploring new places. One of his favorite parts of the job is seeing different landmarks across the country. Andres Del Rio Torres is a new driver, but trucking has been a dream of his since youth. Before hitting the road, he worked as a die maker. Originally from Mexico, Andres now enjoys relaxing, reading, and learning in his free time. Though he’s still collecting memories from the road, he’s already got his favorite snacks picked out- beef jerky and smoked salmon. His dream destinations include Machu Picchu and Germany. Domicile: Ranger, GA

Wincielee Caro brings 10 years of driving experience and a deep love for adventure. Inspired by family members and the thrill of travel, he transitioned into trucking after working as a sales and credit manager at Rent-A-Center. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, Wincielee enjoys reading and spending time with family. One of his most unforgettable memories is being stuck at a truck stop in Portland, Oregon, during the eruption of Mount St. Helens—a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Before trucking, she worked at UPS and brings a strong work ethic to her new career. Blake Johnson

Driver Manager

We are excited to report that we have filled the open Driver Manager position. Blake Johnson will start on Monday 7/14 as our newest member of ops. He has recently moved back to IL from CA and is excited to join the Nussbaum team, so please make him feel welcome as you see him in the office!

Bryce Domnick

Brokerage Account Coordinator

We are excited to share that we have filled the BAC position and that Bryce Domnick will be starting in that position on Monday 7/7/2025. Bryce has been at Nussbaum for 2 years where he has spent time as an Intern with the CAC’s. The past couple of Months, Bryce has been working full time as a Detailer and is looking to get back into the BAC/CAC crew. I know that the group looks forward to adding him back into the mix!

Aaron Milosch

Development Specialist

We are excited to share that Aaron Milosch has accepted the position for Development Specialist. Aaron has been at Nussbaum for just over 1.5 years where he has worked as a Brokerage Account Coordinator. He is also currently working on his Masters in Psychology, which he is hoping to finish in December of 2026. At that time, he will have enough experience in the HR department to help Brendon figure out what is wrong with me 😉! The timeframe of transition over to the team will need to be worked through as we will be looking to backfill Aaron’s position.
