Christopher “Chris” Lockwood
Domicile: Alsip, IL
Chris has been driving for 3-4 months. He got into trucking because he has many family members and friends in the industry, so he thought he would give it a try. Off the road, Chris is planning his automotive build for his 2018 Camaro 2SS, while also visiting a firearm range from time to time. Chris grew up in Homer Glen, Illinois and his ideal road snack is anything healthy. His favorite memories from the road were meeting all types of people from different backgrounds.

Gregory “Greg” Burks
Domicile: Alsip, IL
Greg comes to Nussbaum with 25 years of driving experience. Off the road, Greg likes to spend time with his son. He grew up in Chicago and Alabama, and his favorite road beverage is coffee. Greg’s favorite memory from the road was ice road driving in Northern B.C.

Brandon Corbin
Domicile: Carbon Cliff, IL
Brandon has been driving for 3.5 years. He got into trucking through his military work and familiarity with the industry. He grew up in the Quad Cities in Illinois. Off the road, Brandon spends time at home with family. His ideal road snack is food from Kwik Star. Brandon’s favorite memory from the road was going out west for the first time last year.

Darcy Barry
Domicile: Gaston, IN
Darcy comes to Nussbaum with 2 years of trucking experience. After medically retiring from the military, trucking gave him the opportunity to explore the rest of the country. Darcy was born in California and grew up in Michigan. Off the road, he spends time with his wife and kids. He says they are his world. His favorite memories from the road have always been driving through country settings. His ideal road snack is a good protein shake, a protein bar, and a Caesar salad. Darcy also shares that he is very personable.

Harold Everson
Domicile: Carbon Cliff, IL
Harold has been driving for over 20 years. He got into trucking because he loves driving. Harold grew up in LaSalle, IL and enjoys spending time with family and riding his Harley. His favorite road snack is popcorn. Harold’s favorite memory from the road was seeing the 48 lower states.

Logan Law
Domicile: Griffith, IN
Logan has been driving for 2.5 years. Logan used to work in IT, but he had a friend who convinced him to get into trucking. When not on the road, you can find Logan collecting and restoring firearms, model building, writing, and playing video games. He grew up in Navarre, FL and his ideal road snack is coffee and a banana. Logan shares this as his favorite memory on the road: “A Canadian driver’s step deck Conestoga trailer had the tarp system become derailed. Took all of our might, pain, and some laughter getting it back on so he could get on his way. Turns out, those trailer tarp systems are heavy!”

Peter “Pete” Gutierrez
Domicile: Montgomery, IL
Pete comes to Nussbaum with 2 years of experience in trucking. He started driving because he has a passion for it. Pete grew up in the Markham & Harvey, IL area. When not on the road Pete enjoys working out, boxing, golfing, and enjoying family. His ideal road snack is apples.
Dream vacation: A cruise
Shahab “Benjamin” Ahmadi
Domicile: Grand Prairie, TX
Benjamin grew up in western Iran. Off the road, he loves to read. Benjamin’s favorite memory from the road was when he found a kitten during his pre-trip who is now his family cat. His favorite road snack is nuts. Benjamin also has this to share: “I was born in Iran, but I moved to the USA because of my beliefs when I was 26. I haven’t gotten the chance to see my parents since I have moved out. Now, I am a father and husband. I’m responsible and always looking for a good company to bring kosher to our table and for my kids. I would like to say thank you to Nussbaum for this opportunity.”

Steven Sheriff
Domicile: Brazil, IN
Steven has been driving for 3 years and got into trucking for the pay and experience. He grew up in southern Indiana. Off the road, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and storm chasing. His ideal road snack is Slim Jims, and the views are his favorite part of being on the road.

Thomas has been driving for 4.5 years and got into trucking to provide for his family. He is an “Army brat,” so he grew up all over. Off the road, Thomas enjoys blacksmithing and crafting things. His favorite road snack is chips. His favorite memories from the road were taking family trips.

Phil Bourque
We are excited to share that we have filled our Fleet Planner position. Phil Bourque will be joining us on 7/8/2024. Phil has spent the last 7+ years with American Pest Control (that is how he knew about us) and is looking for a change in career. We are excited to be bringing him over and look forward to adding him to our Fleet Planner team.
