Felicia is new to the industry. She got into trucking because she has family in the industry, and it’s something she’s always wanted to do. She is from Decatur, IL, and she likes to cook and eat, and do nails when not on the road. Chips are her ideal road snack.

Kelvin Cruz

Domicile: Round Lake, IL

Kelvin has been driving for 7 months. He grew up in Waukegan, IL, and he got into trucking because he was looking for a better life. His favorite memories from the road are thinking of his family. His ideal road snack is water, any fruits, and protein bars. When not on the road Kelvin enjoys going to the gym, playing on his PS5, and being outside. He also shares that he’s 23 years old. He thought he would be an NFL player, but now he’s a trucker!

Dream vacation: Turks and Caicos islands

Lucas Dunlap

Lucas is a new driver. He got into trucking because he needed a career change due to an injury that happened in 2011. He grew up in Canton, IL, and when not on the road he enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and his mechanic hobby.

Dream vacation: Anywhere warm. A beach is preferred.

Evan Snow

Evan has been driving for over 20 years, and he got into trucking because of his family. When not on the road he likes to relax. He grew up in South Florida.

Dream vacation: Hawaii

Marvin Rodriguez

Domicile: Grand Prairie, TX

Marvin has been driving for 12 years after his job as an A/C service tech. He grew up in Honduras. When not on the road, Marvin enjoys doing work at his home. His favorite memory from the road was seeing the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. His favorite road snack is all kinds of nuts. He also shares that he believes in Yeshua, his Lord and Savior!

Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has accepted the CAC position and started at Nussbaum on 4/8/2024. Lisa has been involved with Caterpillar and the HR/Administrative side for the last 20 years. Recently spending time in the recruiting aspect. We are excited to be bringing on Lisa and look forward to adding her to the team.
