Office New Hire

Matt Zimmerman

“This hiring was somewhat unplanned and a bit opportunistic. Jesse Knapp and Doug Knepp wanted to add IT leadership if the right opportunity arose, which led to Nussbaum approaching Matt. He comes to us with over 20 years of IT and management experience. Such IT talent and experience that fits our culture is hard to find and harder to attract! We jumped at the chance to add Matt and his background to IT leadership.

As IT Operations Director, Matt will oversee the help desk, application administration, technology infrastructure, business continuity, and vendor management. His role will enable Jesse K to focus on our technical needs and strategy as he leads what IT calls the CORE team and Doug K to focus on the development side of IT (data analytics, product management, and software development).

And the last part. Yes, this means we will now have TWO Matt Zimmermans. Unlike our Drew Martin’s (Drew A and Drew B), these two have the same middle initial. Naming conventions are yet to be determined… Matt #2’s relation – Lena, Sara, Noah – may have a say.

Either way, we are grateful to have both of them! And we welcome Matt Zimmerman (the 2nd) to the Nussbaum family!!” – Jeremy Stickling

Shop New Hire

Nick Kephart

“We are excited to announce that we have hired another Trailer Technician. Nick went to ICC for the Diesel Tech program and has spent the last few years working as a tech for a couple of companies. We are excited to have him added to our ever-growing fleet, and I know that the shop is excited about another tech. For those that are wondering, this does fill our needs for technicians. At this time, we do not have any more positions open. If you have those interested, please send them our way, as they can be tough to find, so it is nice to have a few in our system that we can reach out to.” – Rick Schmidt
