New Hire Drivers
Sergio Hernandez
Domicile: Montgomery, IL
Sergio comes to Nussbaum as a brand-new driver! He loves to see new places, which is what got him into trucking. His favorite memory from the road was driving from California to Illinois, and his ideal road snack is gummy bears. Sergio enjoys spending time with his family when off the road, and he grew up in Mexico. Sergio also shares that he likes to meet new people.
Dream vacation: Machu Picchu, Peru
Craig Dawson
Domicile: Nussbaum
Craig was looking for a career opportunity that would bring value to others and allow for financial growth, so he decided to join the trucking industry! His favorite memory from the road was driving with his wife and discovering new places together. He grew up in Glen Carbon, Illinois, and he enjoys chess, martial arts, and music when off the road. Craig’s ideal road snack is beef jerky or pistachios. Craig also shares that he loves people and enjoys listening to their life stories. He says, “You can always learn something from others’ experiences and how they think. I love Jesus and people, and I’m grateful to be a part of the team at Nussbaum!”
Dream vacation: Madrid, Spain
Kevin Baumberger
Domicile: Nussbaum
Kevin comes to Nussbaum with 10 years of trucking experience. He originally started so he could support a friend, and for his love of driving. Kevin’s favorite memories from the road have come from visiting restaurants. His ideal road snack is a soft drink, cold cuts, and/or string cheese. Kevin grew up on the southern gulf coast, and he likes gaming when off the road.
Dream vacation: Florida
Oliver Wureh
Domicile: Wadsworth, IL
Oliver has been trucking for 5 years, and he started because of his love for the road. He grew up in Liberia in West Africa, and then in Baltimore, Maryland. Off the road, you might find him playing soccer or fixing stuff around the house. Oliver’s ideal road snack is fruit, and his favorite memory from the road was learning to back in with his trainer when he was a new driver.
New Shop Hire
Dustin Rabe
We are excited to share that we have filled one of the two Trailer Tech positions that we have been looking to fill. Dustin Rabe will be looking to start with us on 12/9/2024. For the past 12 years, Dustin has been working in Masonry. The company he worked for actually did some of the Masonry work you see here! Other experiences consist of time as an electrician. We are excited to get him here at Nussbaum and see him step into this trailer tech world!
