Joe Haynes has been driving since 2010 and loves the opportunity to travel. He previously worked in heavy construction and splits his time between Florida and West Virginia. In his free time, Joe enjoys watching movies and bushcraft videos. One of his favorite memories while driving is seeing Mt. Hood. His favorite snacks are Coke and popcorn. Welcome to Nussbaum, Joe!

Wayne Patten
Wayne Patten brings over four years of driving experience to Nussbaum. He was drawn to trucking for the opportunity to travel and build a stable career. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Wayne enjoys building remote control cars, drawing, and customizing car audio systems. He also loves making funny memories with his family. His dream vacation is Jamaica to visit relatives, and his favorite snack is Chester Hot Fries. Welcome aboard, Wayne!

Robert Nicholas
Robert Nicholas joins Nussbaum with one year of driving experience, encouraged by a friend to give it a try. He previously worked as a professional bull rider for many years and is from Missouri and Illinois. Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with family, and being active in church. His dream vacation is Hawaii, and he fondly remembers driving through the Cumberland Gap. His favorite snack is anything convenient. Welcome aboard, Robert!

Jeff Gautreaux
Jeff Gautreaux has been with the company for 1 year. He was inspired to join the trucking industry by his wife, who is also a truck driver. Based in Elmendorf, Texas—a suburb of San Antonio—Jeff serves as a Team Lead. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his dogs. His dream vacation is a cruise to the Bahamas, and one of his favorite memories is driving through the mountains in the northwest during summer, taking in the beautiful scenery. His favorite snack is beef jerky or beef sticks.

Roderic Primos
Roderic Primos is just beginning his journey in trucking and is excited to gain experience and knowledge on the road. He previously worked in warehouses, on docks, and did some yard spotting. From East Chicago, Roderic enjoys studying, staying healthy, and spending time with family. His dream vacation is visiting Thailand or exploring countries in Israel. Jason Smock
Jason Smock is joining Nussbaum with just under a year of driving experience. He transitioned into trucking after working as an area manager for a cleaning company and spending time at Amazon. Originally from South Carolina and now mostly in Illinois, Jason enjoys spending time with family. His dream vacation is Tokyo, Japan, and one of his favorite memories is a spontaneous solo drive to Colorado. His favorite snacks are beef jerky and Reese’s. Welcome, Jason!
