Jacob Vaughn brings 13 months of driving experience and a long-time love for driving diesel trucks and manual transmissions. It’s what first got him into trucking, though he quickly learned that manual trucks are a whole different experience than cars! Before trucking, Jacob worked in landscaping.
Originally from Georgetown, Indiana, Jacob enjoys working on his pickup truck when he’s not on the road. If he could travel anywhere, Texas is high on his list. On the road, Jacob keeps fueled with M&M’s and a soda, and most importantly, he values his girlfriend and family above all else. Welcome to the team, Jacob!

Dameon Gray
Domicile: York, PA
With 16 months of driving experience, Dameon Gray joined trucking for the opportunity to travel, see new places, and meet new people. Before getting behind the wheel, Dameon spent an impressive 25 years as a barber.
Dameon is from Wilmington, Delaware, and enjoys spending time with his children, exploring new restaurants, and visiting cultural destinations. One standout moment in his driving career was experiencing the famous Iowa 80 Truck Stop for the first time. His dream travel destinations include Aruba or the Maldives, and his go-to road snacks are jerky of all kinds—beef, turkey, and even deer. Family is extremely important to Dameon, and he proudly shares that he has 10 children. Welcome to Nussbaum, Dameon!
