“Mike is a new driver on the scene here at Nussbaum. I arrived at Case New Holland to drop and hook a trailer. It was sitting abnormally low, which is quite difficult to remedy. Mike happened to be waiting for a load to complete, and he quickly jumped in to lend a helping hand. He cranked the trailer up and I was on my way in a jiffy.
