“For the past few months, I have been dealing with some bunk AC issues, and I had been scheduled to come to Channahon to get it looked at. Well, due to some fairly predictable Chicago traffic during rush hour times, I showed up a little later than anticipated. Jeremy was the only one in the shop and looked like he was cleaning up, getting ready to leave. I explained why I was there and what was going on. Without hesitation, he came out to look at what he thought was causing the AC problems. He then made a phone call to ask if he could stay overtime and address the issue. I had said that coming back another time would be okay so he could get home without having to stay for an extra period of time. He explained that he had the next day off, so it did not bug him. He had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes and I now have cold air conditioning in my sleeper. I greatly appreciate Jeremy’s willingness to stay after to help address this issue that had been ongoing, even though he did not have to.
