If you know Tyler Dietrich, you know he is passionate about improvement. Problems—especially the difficult ones—are his bread and butter. In his current role as Director of Product in IT, Tyler works with departments across the company to understand 1) what they do, 2) what they are trying to accomplish, and 3) how could we improve their tools or processes to reach that outcome? He then works with the Software Development team to create a custom solution that meets the need.
His list of innovative accomplishments caught the eye of Editors over at Heavy Duty Trucking Magazine. They’ve selected Tyler as one of their 2024 Emerging Leaders! 🥳🥳 They also released a detailed biography of Tyler, beginning with his early days in recruiting at Nussbaum (a little-known fact), to leading the Pricing department, and now his role in IT.
