“I was having a hard day. When I arrived at my customer they said they had no record of the load on the schedule. In conjunction the brake on one of my tires started smoking. Right away my Driver Manager, Brian Johnson was on top of it all. He talked with the CACs and quickly made arrangements where I could drop the trailer at the Channahon drop yard.
In the past, I would probably still be sitting at the customer. The longer I am at Nussbaum the more I realize how much goes on behind the scenes and really appreciate the efforts made. I personally wanted to recognize Brian for his focus and professionalism to take care of me. He does a very good job and I am really grateful for him.” -Seth Reynolds
