“I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation for Eduardo Chavez. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I was driving down a two-lane highway. High winds had knocked half of a tree into the road, and I tried to miss it but wasn’t able to avoid hitting all of it. I pulled over to check the truck, and everything appeared okay, so I got off the highway at my exit and headed to Channahon. As I was pulling into Channahon, an alarm light came onto my dash. I stopped and checked everything out again, and this time noticed that my blue air hose was completely severed. I was in a bit of a panic (did I mention it was the day before Thanksgiving?!), but Eduardo took it all in stride, staying late to replace the whole assembly (he discovered the electrical cable was also damaged) and truly was a God-send. It was the day before Thanksgiving and very last minute, and he willingly stayed late to help me out. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond the call of duty and fixing my truck. He truly made my Thanksgiving happy. Many thanks and appreciation to Eduardo and the entire maintenance crew at Nussbaum!” – Tina Piemonte
