Employee Ownership Writing Contest Winner #2
In 2018, Nussbaum started a journey to become an Employee-Owned company. We wanted to become a company that would always be there for its employees and their families. Each October, we celebrate Employee Ownership Month.
This year as a part of the celebration, we held a writing contest and asked, “How have you experienced/seen Nussbaum impacting the lives of everyone we interact with?” We chose ten winners and will release a new one each month! Tune in as Mike Cline, a driver with many hats shares his impact story. (Five years ago Mike began as a trainee. Since then he has become a Platinum, Certified Red, Trainer, Instructor, and Road Captain).
