Ready to earn a big bonus? Refer a driver to Nussbaum!
We currently pay out $3,000 upon your referral’s completion of orientation, and their first load delivered. You can still receive this bonus if you want
OR,
you now have the option to choose a $2,000 up-front payout plus an additional $0.02/mile for as long as both you and your referral are here (max of 5 active referrals at one time, you will receive a flat $3,000 payout for additional referrals).
That’s kind of a big deal. If you get two or three referrals here at the same time, you’ll really be raking in the extra pay per mile.
Take Advantage of the Program
- Sell Your Experience at Nussbaum. What has this company done for you? You don’t need to know exact pay and home-time details for each hiring area to persuade someone to try Nussbaum out. Share your personal experience – the culture, how you’re treated here, and the equipment.
- Send Drivers to Recruiting. Direct whoever and however many drivers to recruiting to get your best shot at receiving the referral bonus. You don’t have to vouch for your referral personally, and nothing will reflect back on you – unless it’s a hire – then you’ll be basking in that extra couple thousand dollars. Meet a random driver, and encourage them to call in. Simple as that.
