The Marketing Team will be growing by adding Saige to their team. Saige has a Marketing background and did a bit too well helping them out on a project or two in 2020. To say the least, HR is sad yet thankful for this next step in Saige’s career. Saige will continue to support recruiting until the team is stabilized and up-to-speed on hiring targets in 2021.

Brian has accepted an offer to move onto the Recruiting Team to backfill Saige’s role. We are excited to bring his operational background and his relational personality over to the Recruiting group!

Brendon has agreed to take the role of “Driver Development Manager” for the HR team. Among his duties in this newly created role, Brendon will be responsible for:

• Driver retention efforts
• Driver coaching and accountability in non-Safety areas (late deliveries, customer complaints, equipment care, etc.)
• New hire retention and onboarding satisfaction
• Certified RED program development
• HR use of Road Captains

Lindsey has been with us for almost two years. She will be transitioning off the Load Planner team to become an Account Manager. We are excited to have her take on this new challenge.

Jordan will be filling the position left open by Brendon. Before Nussbaum, Jordan worked at Growmark for 6.5 years. Since 2018, Jordan was the Fleet Operations Manager. A few people here at Nussbaum have worked with him as he was one that helped get the Nussbaum and Growmark loads rolling. We are excited to add his experience to the Nussbaum team!

Anthony is a current Nussbaum driver. He went through our training program and has been at Nussbaum for a little over 1.5 years. He has quickly picked up on Nussbaum’s style of driving and became a Platinum and CertRED member. We are excited to have his driving experience come into the office.
