I appreciate our drivers’ willingness to go above and beyond to deliver loads on time. There are many situations where dispatch calls a driver (who already has a nice, smooth load ahead of them) and asks them to split a load or pick up a “hot” load that could be late. Often, this shorts them miles for the week or affects their home time, plus it’s an irritating change of plans. They make lots of personal sacrifices all the time!
