Dan Ford woke up to frozen brakes near New London, MO. He tried to get the brakes freed, and after multiple attempts, was unable to do so himself, so he was working with the shop he was parked at for assistance.
He noticed that another Nussbaum truck was parked in the same lot, so he reached out to see if they would be willing to give him a hand.
Travis Pemberton happened to be that other driver, and almost before Dan could finish explaining his situation, Travis was under Dan’s truck smacking away at the brakes.
Dan was super thankful for Travis’s willingness to help out a fellow driver, which also saved time and money, which would have been spent having a shop technician come out.
