We were given great feedback from a new shipper/receiver. We want to pass this along to our drivers complementing those who have picked up for PCA in Counce, TN, and delivered to Burlington WI. We know it takes serious intentionality to satisfy a customer enough to take the time to send in a review. We all win when the Nussbaum value chain is firing on all cylinders. From the sales process & onboarding, operational planning, IT programs, HR hiring, and our drivers delivering with above and beyond service. Our people in action are impressive, and we hear that from our customers!
Our main goal is that drivers know how impactful they are and that this customer is THRILLED with them.

I just wanted to pass this on – I’ve gotten high praises for our drivers from receiving in Burlington, WI, but I just got the same thing from Bo Bennett (head of security) at Counce. He says he has 27 guys that work under him in the yard and at the front gate and they all have the highest praise for our drivers and us. He says every one of our drivers has been an absolute delight to work with. He hopes we have a long-lasting relationship (Burlington said the same 😊)
