“As always our operations team is producing great work, and in particular, Scott really helped turn around what used to be a very unprofitable run. Sales and Pricing increased the rates which made this run profitable, and then Scott brainstormed with Brent Martin on ways to make this run more efficient and even more profitable. They ended up pairing this run with a system load, which increased driver efficiency and lead to a huge profit increase for Nussbaum. This was a lot of work to find a lane to fit a driver that runs reefer freight and already had 3-4 days booked on a roundtrip. To me, this operational fix was a result of Scott going above and beyond regular job expectations and Owning it. Really the entire operations team did an awesome job here, Brent Martin also contributed along with Jordan Jefferson and Eric Olson. All around great work from all of these guys, but in particular I wanted to nominate Scott for his part.”
