Through our partnership with Anytime Fitness, Nussbaum reimburses gym memberships for employees & spouses! Simply meet your monthly visit requirements and you’ll receive your full gym dues back on your paycheck! And with Anytime Fitness, you can access over 5,100 locations worldwide! Visit Requirements
- Drivers & spouses – four (4) visits per calendar month.
- Office/shop employees & spouses – eight (8) visits per calendar month.
How to Enroll
- Visit your local Anytime Fitness gym
- Bring the Nussbaum Reimbursement Flyer (attached below)
- Provide your Paycor Employee Number for validation (you can locate this by signing into your Payrcor online account).
- Navigate to “My Profile”
- Scroll down to the section entitled “Position” (details information about your job role)
- Your Employee Number is in this section
- For spouses: provide the same number as your employee spouse, plus your date of birth.
- Once you are enrolled, Anytime Fitness automatically sends us a monthly report of your visits. That’s it!
Important Program Details
- Additional fees: Anytime Fitness charges an additional fee at sign-up to get your key fob. Nussbaum does not reimburse the cost of the key fob.
- You pay upfront: this benefit operates on a reimbursement basis. You pay your gym dues upfront each month and Nussbaum reimburses you the following month.
- If you sign up mid-month: we will calculate the % of days remaining and adjust your visit requirement accordingly (E.g., if you sign up halfway through the month, you only need 2 visits (drivers) or 4 visits (office/shop) to qualify. This is for the first month only.
- Pricing & Plans: will vary depending on which location you sign up with.
- You may sign up anywhere, but we recommend the Normal, IL location because many of our members use it and they are already familiar with our program. They also offer competitive pricing.
- Access ANY Location: once signed up, you have 24/7 access to Anytime Fitness’ network of over 5,100 locations worldwide!
- Reimbursement Timeline: we receive the verification report around the 10th of each month for the previous month’s activity. (E.g., January’s report arrives around February 10th). Thus, you should see your reimbursement by the 3rd or 4th paycheck of the month, for the previous month. Spouse reimbursements are added to their employee spouse’s paycheck. - Sign-up Issues: if you have any issues signing up at your local Anytime, please contact wellness@nussbaum.com and provide the location you are using. We will work with our partners at Healthy Contributions to find a solution.
- Didn’t meet the threshold this month? Don’t worry! Next month is a brand new opportunity! There is no requirement to meet the visit threshold in consecutive months. Each month begins afresh with a new opportunity to be reimbursed.
