“The night shift comes with its hiccups and hang-ups at all hours of the night. Some problems are just plain unresolvable without calling and waking people up for help.
The one person I have woken up more than any other in the last two and a half years is Tony Morthland. And the poor guy answers the phone no matter the time of night or problem needing to be resolved.
And let me tell you, he always knows the answer, too. His wealth of knowledge is a hidden gem for Nussbaum, and he is one of the most prized assets our company knows.
So once again, Tony, sorry for the wake-up call at 1 a.m. this week, but thank you for always having an answer and walking this mechanically-challenged girl through another solution! Way to always own-it – 24/7!
