“I would like to nominate Ed Gabriel and Mike Ellis for an OWNit Moment. My mother-in-law passed away on January 24th during the winter storm. Her funeral got scheduled for a week from then, and we didn’t want to stay home all week and miss out on miles. Ed and Mike were able to work with us to get some miles in for the week, and also got us right back home on Friday for the funeral service.
I know how hard it is to get drivers home, especially on short notice like that, and we are just very thankful for their hard work. They made us feel like they genuinely cared about our situation. They understood and showed a lot of empathy. So, I just wanted to tell both of them thank you.” -Jackie Bishop
