A Loyal Volunteer

Kaleb Cook

After a very trying day, last Friday evening, my home load was on a trailer with a defective rear marker lamp. I was in Normal, IL, and going right past the Terminal. After calling and working with Brooks, I pulled in to see about getting it repaired. Of course, with my luck, no trailer techs were working that evening.

When Kaleb heard I was trying to get home, he quickly volunteered to get me fixed and rolling. This was not the first time he has been super helpful to me, and I want to be sure he gets recognized for his efforts. He always has a smile and a great attitude which helps to remind me to do the same regardless of circumstances. Thanks, Kaleb! – Ken Walters Jr.
